If you have questions or concerns, please reach out. If you have concerns as to whether a guitar might fit your needs, let's talk before you buy it. I am glad to give you an in-hand description and/or do a FaceTime and answer any questions prior to your purchase. We may have a player near you that is willing to let you play their 3Bender or a retailer that is local to you that has one in stock. Our 3Bender team members and players are the best group of folks. If we have a loaner in stock, maybe we can get it to you.
*If you buy a stock guitar or accessory from the website, there is a 20% restock on returns. Products must be returned in like new condition to receive the balance of the refund.
*Custom guitars are not returnable. Deposits for custom guitars are non-refundable. Stock guitars and accessories are only returnable if they have a manufacturing defect and must be reviewed/approved for return by the manufactuer.
Your 3Bender Guitar and Accessories have a lifetime warranty...my lifetime. As long as I am around, I want to be sure that your product is free from manufacturing defects. In the rare case that there is a warranty claim. The warranty covers all parts except those that are subject to normal wear such as frets, neck, finish, etc. If you return the product to me, you are responsible for the shipping charges both ways. After I evaluate the product or a component, it is my call whether it should be repaired or replaced.
We are a small biz. We sell to individuals and retailers. Our mission is to design and build the most versatile and configurable string bender guitars and accessories available. I build the guitars. My family is very supportive and helps with the website, accounting, marketing and all of the things required to run a small biz. Over the years, we have also had some very kind friends help us with design, marketing and publicity. We are very thankful for those friends. We are thankful and interested in your experiences with our products and, if you have ideas to help us improve we want to hear them. If you have new products ideas, we are also interested. Most of our best ideas come from listening to customers.

We value your privacy and safety. We may send you an email every once in a while but we will not sell your data or use it for anything other than telling you about our products/services.
