SHIPPING & RETURNS

Unless otherwise specified in writing in advance, shipping is not included in the price of the product. Shipping cost will be determined at the time of shipment and the customer will be provided with a tracking number. Generally, we use UPS for guitars.  We may use USPS, FEDX or UPS for other smaller items.
