The Gilbert Adapter Plate allows you to mount a SteelMaster™️ to a Gibson style guitar as long as it has a Stoptail and a Tune-O-Matic (TOM) bridge. You simply replace the Stoptail with the Gilbert Adapter plate and then install the SteelMaster™️.
*Confirm that your Stoptail style guitar has a 3.25" (82mm) c to c dimension. There are a few imported versions of Stoptail style guitars that have 84mm c to c dimension. Please reach out if you have questions and would like help to confirm.
