This guitar has our new FGFB bender unit. There are big time advantages to this new string bender device. This bender was designed with and for touring/studio musicians that wanted to get on a plane or tour bus with one guitar instead of several. It can be used as a B Bender, as a G Bender or as a 3Bender.
I included a couple of demo video above explaining the FGFB Bender features. There is a full playlist of FGFB demo videos on our 3Bender YouTube channel.
- The instrument has an On/Off switch for the B Bender and for the G Bender.
- The switches can be turned On/Off individually or together.
- You can use any gauge of string.
- The G bender lever can be tuned to either half step or whole step. It only takes about 30 seconds to retune the bent note.
- An A bender lever can be added as a palm lever

The guitar body style was inspired by Rick Kelly's Drophorn model and an image of a guitar being played by Dean Porter (I'll include the image here) when he played with Little Jimmy Dickens. We think the see through F hole custom pickguard and the bigger cutaway give the guitar a futuristic look when compared to other more traditional shapes. We also think the sound is 80% T style, 10% Ric and 10% ES335. YMMV.
